According to the room type or rate plan that you have booked, some of these amenities may be available for free in your room. Please kindly check your reservation confirmation.

We are happy to keep your luggage before check in or after check out for an additional fee. We have limited storage space so we apologise in advance should we be unable to fulfill your request.

Fees – same-day pick up, 200 JPY per piece; pick up on the following day, 500 JPY per piece per night of storage.

• Please use the night entrance should you wish to enter or leave the hostel between 23:00and 8:00. To enter, you will need the code that we have provided upon check-in.
• After 22:00 kindly keep quiet so not to disturb the other guests and the neighbours.
• For guests staying longer than two nights, please note that we will not make up your room for the first two nights. Housekeeping will be performed once every three nights. Thank you for your understanding.
